Visited Grand Lux in the hopes of purchasing a new sofa. The customer service I received was amazing, discussing different styles and colours to suit my needs. I was kept informed through the ordering and delivery process. Delivery was on time and my sofa was placed exactly where I wanted it.

We recently bought a media unit with fireplace from Grand Lux,Eray was so good on explaining different aspects of it as well was maintained good communication throughout the process.The media unit is of very good quality and looks fab in our lounge.They also gave us a free delivery which was a great bonus.
