1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Lead times are calculated on an estimate basis unless your order is in stock. Due to high demand and focusing on custom made orders, our stock is limited. You can contact our team for stock availability which can arrive as quick as 5-7 working days. Alternatively, we provide a 8-12 week lead time although we aim to deliver quicker than promised with some customers receiving there orders in just 4 weeks.

2. Do you make the designs yourself?

Most of our designs are made by our carefully selected manufacturers and Top Brand Partnerships that meet our quality standards in Turkey and EU countries. With a few of our designs that are manufactured only for Grand Lux Furniture.

3. How long is it guaranteed for?

Our constant quality and mechanical testing continues as we work closer together with our manufacturers and we now offer 10 year
warranty across our collection.

4. Do you have everything for offer as on your social media?

Not everything is for offer, this is due to new collections releasing every year. However, our carefully selected and tested products are available on our website to view.

5. Why does it take so long to deliver?

Unless your order is in stock or is available as fast delivery, working internationally means that we heavily rely on our team to undertake a variety of procedures such as applying extra safety packaging to ensure your product is delivered with care.

6. Do you offer any discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes we do! If you’re looking to elevate your home and purchase in bulk, get in contact with us and our sales representatives can help with any additional discounts available.

7. What are your payment plans?

We offer secure payment methods and have partnered with Stripe UK and Klarna. Your order can be processed with a 40% Deposit and the remaining due before shipping. Alternatively, we have finance options available as well.

8. What are your showroom opening hours

Our opening hours can be found on Apple & Google Maps.

9. Do you sell curtains and blinds?

No, we only specialise and focus on furniture.

10. Are MDF tables considered cheap quality?

No, MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) tables are not inherently cheap quality, but they are often viewed that way due to their use in budget-friendly, mass-produced flat-pack furniture. The grade of the MDF is a key factor to consider as high quality MDF can be a durable and excellent option, Many high quality furniture pieces showcase high end MDF, as well as many other materials such as oak, walnut and titanium steel.
