This warranty applies to domestic use only and covers products manufactured by, or on behalf of, Grand Lux Furniture and identifiable through branding, trade marks, or proof of purchase.

- WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in:
•    Structural failure & dysfunction in mechanical parts caused by defective workmanship
•    Faults present at the time of delivery that become apparent during the warranty period
Where a valid claim is accepted, the appropriate remedy will be offered in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, taking into account proportionality, feasibility, and product condition.

Upholstery & Fabric
•    Spot Clean Carefully: Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. For fabric, use a mild detergent diluted in water — always test on a hidden area first.
•    Professional Cleaning: We recommend professional upholstery cleaning annually to maintain fabric integrity and colour vibrancy.
Leather
•    Wipe and Condition: Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Use a leather conditioner every 6–12 months to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.
•    Avoid Sharp Objects: Prevent scratches by keeping keys, jewellery, or other sharp items away from the surface.
Metal & Glass Accents
